Fortec was engaged by Cockram Constructions to undertake post tensioning works at Regis Aged Care Facility in Chelmer.
This project involved the construction of a new purpose built 120 age care facility which will incorporate facilities including a café, cinema, hairdressing salon as well as landscaped
gardens for residents to enjoy.
